Yarm Computers have worked proactively with us, since our decision in early 2007 to dispense with our in-house IT support. They have provided expert advice and assistance to improve our systems and network and provide a seamless support service to our staff, via a dedicated helpline and remote access support. We consider that the security and stability of our IT systems are in safe hands and that our IT capability is on a much firmer footing that it was 12 months ago. In addition we have been delighted with the service received in relation to the supply and installation of our new Mitel IP telephone system, which in conjunction with their communications division, Synergy Telecoms has allowed us to place our IT and IP telecom requirements with one provider keeping integration and issues to a minimum.

I had problems with one of my office printers. This was not just a basic ink jet printer it was one that had cost me 1,400 when purchased new several years ago and it was the vital work horse of our printing system. On advice from an acquaintance I took the printer to Yarm computers for repair but I really thought it was past it's time and nothing could be done to fix it. I was wrong. Yarm computers not only fixed it but they did this quickly at reasonable cost. In my view the highest accolade I can give to any business is call them professional.
